The New London branch is pleased to provide scholarships to area students. We give primary consideration to return to college students but may also consider recent high school graduates.
Instructions for Application Submission
Completed application must be received by June 1
Submit application and attachments to Kim Blake, kajblake@gmail.com
Attach the following to the application:
- Statement of your educational and career goals.
- Description of the educational program you plan to attend
- Two letters of recommendation from those who’ve known you in a work or educational environment, not a family member or friend. If currently attending school, one letter should be from a faculty member. Include in your application the name, address and title of the individual writing the letter.
- All OFFICIAL college transcripts (high school transcripts may be used if no college courses were taken.
All information in the application package will remain confidential within the
AAUW New London Branch.
